Who we are

wilderdenim.com is operated by OZ Sharafi Marketing, registered in Israel, company number 322842444. Our products are stored and shipped from a fulfillment center in California, United States. By using this site or placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order.

Products and pricing

All prices are in US dollars. We do our best to display product colors, measurements, and descriptions accurately, but screens vary and garment measurements are taken by hand and can differ by up to one inch. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, to limit quantities, and to refuse or cancel any order. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund you in full.

Orders and payment

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send you an order confirmation. Payment is taken at checkout.

Shipping and delivery

We ship to addresses in the United States. Orders leave our California warehouse within 2 to 5 business days. Delivery estimates shown on the site are estimates and not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier takes possession.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, photographs, graphics, and the WILDER DENIM name and logo, belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy or use it commercially without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts of Tel Aviv, Israel. Nothing in this clause removes any consumer protection right you have under the law of your place of residence.
