Where we ship

We ship within the United States only, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. We do not ship to PO boxes or APO or FPO addresses.

Cost

$9.99 flat rate on orders under $120
Free on orders of $120 and over

How long it takes

Orders are picked, packed, and shipped from our fulfillment center in California. Total time from order to doorstep is 2 to 5 business days for most addresses. Orders placed on a weekend or a United States holiday begin processing the next business day.

The delivery window shown on each product page is an estimate based on business days and does not account for carrier delays, weather, or peak season volume.

Tracking

You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If you have not received it within 3 business days of ordering, check your spam folder and then email wilderdenim@gmail.com.

Wrong address

Please check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, we refund the order minus the original shipping cost. We cannot reroute a package once it has shipped.

Lost or stolen packages

If tracking shows delivered but you do not have the package, check with your neighbors and your building first. If it is still missing, email us within 7 days of the delivery date and we will open a claim with the carrier.
